Work & Play In Ancient Egypt

In ancient Egypt, people worked very hard. People had the following jobs:
-Scribe (who wrote hieroglyphics on the walls and on papyrus paper)
-Craftsmen (artists who painted walls, carved statues and made jewellery and furniture)
-Farmer (who grew crops)
-Government official (who made rules)
-Draftsmen (who designed buildings)

For fun, people played with wooden balls, rich people threw dinner parties, people did acrobatics, played music, wrestled and more!

Board games were popular and we just played one! We played Seega! It looks like Tic-Tac-Toe. It was AWESOME! Now we each have our own game in our Egyptian suitcases!
